CLUTCH42 is an On-Demand two wheeler service startup which helps bike owners take care of their vehicles at their convenience. CLUTCH 42 is on its way to disrupt the aftermarket service in India by helping the customers choose the best service center around their location while empowering the service centers with cutting edge tech solutions.
Ensuring amazing customer experience is the key to building a scalable business. We're looking for someone who will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves addressing customer's problems and can thrive in a startup culture.
Summary of the Role :
- Manage and resolve the customer queries
- Provide Back end services to Clients / field team
- Provide World Class Customer Service
- Handle End to End Transaction Reports
- Manage and update the key trackers
- Provide key insights based on the reports.
Experience :
- 3 - 5 years experience in Customer Support
- Robust/active online presence and familiarity with social media
- Experience in managing the customer support ticketing system
Key skills:
- Hands on knowledge in MS office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent Communication skills ( Fluency in English / Hindi / Kannada )
- Excellent email communication skills
Education :
- Graduate from a leading university
