Cluster Sales Manager - Steel (5-11 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Revenue ownership for the cluster (s)
- Exposure of MSME universe preferably in the RM procurement sector
- Passionate for sales, lead pickup price negotiations with Customers and payment follow up from
customers Good to have:
- Adept at managing cross-functional discussions
- Strong team person and is comfortable with new categories and customer profile
Maintain and exceed targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our SMB business.
Drive sales funnel to augment customer acquisitions and represent Tata in industry forums to
drive awareness.
Have you accomplished these qualifications?
- 5+ years of business development, sales, account management experience in B2B environment
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals.
- Proficiency in the use of email with strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Full professional proficiency of regional language is required.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
