Job Description ;
- Handling marketing activities of 10-11 stores in Delhi NCR region.
- Developing seasonal marketing calendar store wise and managing effective implementation of the plan.
- Conducting Dipstick study to understand consumer insights.
- Handling Loyalty business and driving Loyalty sales for stores of Delhi NCR, by planning monthly loyalty initiatives.
- Managing Alliances across the industry for better visibility of Brand and to increase the ATS at store level.
- Managing new store launch by designing and executing the Marketing plans in context with incremental business for opening day
- Managing the New stores before the launch and supporting it post launch.
- Managing Budget allocation store wise for ATL and BTL.
- Vendor management, managing new vendor registrations, vendor negotiations, and reconciliations.
- Worked closely with creative team for designing offer and Promo specific creative for NCR Zone.
- Creating marketing plan for each store, keeping in view the incremental growth in business and footfalls from last year.
- Competition mapping- tracking marketing initiatives by major competitors.
