1. Experience in Spa Operation and sales for min 4 years
2. Age : 30 Years and above
3. Male /Female Both Preferred
4. Well versed with computer proficiency
5. Well Versed with Software's
6. Willing to travel
7. 2 Wheeler Must
8. Strong Business Acumen
9. Must Have handled multiple Outlets profitability.
10. Excellent Team Leading Skills and Training Skills.
11. Ability to drive sales and manage outlet level operations
Sales
- Review Daily Sales
- Brief the team to achieve Sales Target
- Asses the Membership Renewals and Motivate team to get Renewals.
- Available for the team during Staff Shortage
- Ensure all the Branding elements are well placed and having utmost visibility
- Review the team performance and train them to achieve their Targets
- Review the follow up data of the outlet team and ensure they meet their daily
Outlet Operations
- Manage guest escalations
- Guest complaints, escalations and resolutions
- Ensure that Necessary Inventory Items are consumable are available in the outlet for smooth operations and re-order well in advance.
- Ensure the upkeep of all the outlets in his cluster
- Ensure that entire staffing of the outlets are well groomed and trained on every aspect of MW
Business Development
- Collaborate with nearby Gyms, Restaurant, Hotels , Clubs , food joints to generate footfall
- Reach out to near by corporates for the corporate tie ups
- Maintain relationship with the hotel FoM for generating more footfall with Hotel partner
- Help the healers to achieve maximum efficiency.
Business Reports
- Training the fo team to send reports timely and precisely
- Sending Outlet Sales Report and Daily Cluster Reports.
