Cluster Manager - Sales - Personal Loan (4-9 yrs)
Designation : Cluster Manager-PL
CTC upto: 16 LPA
Location : Chennai
Purpose :
- Piramal Capital & Housing Finance ltd., as a commitment to serve all lending needs of consumers of - Bharat- is hiring Cluster Sales Manager for its retail business. Incumbent should have passion for understanding the customer need & driving sales for products which are carefully designed around them.
Essential Experience/Skills :
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in a mid-sized HFC or NBFC
- Minimum 2-3 years of team handling experience in PL business (including small ticket)
- Exposure to digital lending process preferred
- Experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partners
- Experience of managing multiple branches with deep knowledge and understanding of the local market
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by NHB, RBI etc.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Responsible for establishing the Piramal brand by overseeing the sales team and business development activities for the PL segment (including small ticket) for all the branches in purview
- Prepare branch wise implementation plan to achieve defined targets in alignment with the Cluster Sales Manager
- Ensure achievement for overall sales and cross sell targets for the area through building and development of internal team of Sales Managers and DSTs and channel partners, while ensuring maintenance of required standards for customer satisfaction, profitability metrics and product mix
- Devise strategies to continually improve disbursements in PL business for all branches in the
- Cluster and guide the teams in operationalizing the same
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to plan and undertake measures for expansion of the business within the geographic limit of the area as budgeted and act as the feedback loop from branch to region
- Provide feedback on product offerings, channels and processes to the cluster sales manager and other functional teams (Product, Marketing, credit, operations, technical, legal) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct regular visits to the locations to nurture the relationships established by the internal team and channel partners and collaborate with alliance partners and distributors to grow the market presence
- Ensure implementation of SOPs and best practices across all branches mapped to the cluster and guide sales managers how to best achieve business targets and manage productivity
- Monitor annual budgeted expenses and manage resources within budgetary guidelines according to the company policy.
