Cluster Manager - Sales & Marketing (3-10 yrs)
- JD FOR CLUSTER OWNERS
Cluster owners would be managing 3-4 ISP/LCO partners, lead customer acquisitions and own theP&L at a Cluster Level. Each Cluster is expected to contribute approx. 20K Wiom users.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Lead consumer acquisitions
- Managing a team of LCO/ISP partners along with our LCO Manager team
- Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the team's objective
- Interact regularly with the teams and develop and implement sales marketing strategy for allour markets
- Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion
- To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the brand cluster
- Participate in all team activities, coaching and mentoring team members
- Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking
Experience required:
- Prior sales and marketing experience
- Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Awareness of geographical areas
- Go getter attitude, team handling spirit
- Strong analytical skills
