Cluster Manager - Sales - Loan Against Property/Home Loan (10-13 yrs)

4th Orbit is hiring a Cluster Manager-NBFC(Home Loan) for one of their leading NBFC clients. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Home Loan/LAP and relevant experience.
Location : Hyderabad/Warangal/Bangalore/Chennai
Position : Cluster Manager
Key Requirements :
- Experience : 10-15 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP background
- Education : No education gaps and Open university graduation is not acceptable (likely seeking a candidate with a traditional university degree)
- Driving License : Mandatory with a two-wheeler or four-wheeler
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of loan officers in the assigned location (Hyderabad, Warangal, or Bangalore)
- Achieve sales targets for home loan or LAP products
- Ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
