Positions that report into this role : Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for establishing the Piramal brand by overseeing the sales team and business development activities for the LAS segment for all the branches in purview
- Prepare branch wise implementation plan to achieve defined targets in alignment with the Geography Sales Manager
- Ensure achievement for overall sales and cross sell targets for the area through building and development of internal team of Sales Managers and DSTs and channel partners, while ensuring maintenance of required standards for customer satisfaction, profitability metrics and product mix
- Devise strategies to continually improve disbursements in LAS business for all branches in the Cluster and guide the teams in operationalizing the same
