Cluster Manager - Sales - Insurance (5-12 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment- Team Building
- Identify, select and recruit insurance sales manager
- Ensure successful onboarding and launch of the managers, with high focus on process- orientation and quality training
- Ensure building of sustainable relationships and trust with team and key customer accounts through open and interactive communication in digital/virtual mode
Sales- Unit Revenue Generation
- Exceed revenue targets
- Drive team productivity as per the company norms
- Ensure 100% month-on-month activation of managers on both recruitment and sales
Counsel and mentor team in order to ensure managers are capable and motivated to achieve operating plans/business targets
- Ensure that all executives under supervision perform 100% as per the company's rules and regulations wrt. need-based selling, compliance and customer service
- Ensure 0-free-look cancellations, renewal payment by rightful selling
- Ensure smooth business functioning
- Effectively manage, track and convert leads provided by the in- house operating teams
- Engage with customers to provide quick response to customer queries, provide customer service
