Job Description: Cluster Manager - Direct Business
1. Achievement of budgeted top line and bottom line in the Region assigned
To implement business strategy as per direction from Zonal Manager - Direct Business and Business Head - Direct
2. Strategic Planning and Implementation :
- Managing, developing & streamlining Direct Motor & Retail Health Insurance business lines in Direct Business vertical in the Region
- Work closely with Head Office for developing & executing business strategies
- Develop Strategy for sourcing of Direct Motor & Health Insurance Leads from Natural Source Market
3. Daily monitoring of performance against targets through frequent reviews with the teams & planning for corrective action with guidance & support to field Team and maintain the per person productivity is maintained
4. Streamlining, managing & developing retention business in the region
5. Implement Day Work Management (Review System)
6. Building strong relationship & having regular review with Insurance Cos in assigned zone
7. Coordinate with CCC/ Paybima team and Field team for improvement of Conversions of leads and improvement of Process
8. Ensuring 100% polices issuance through Sajheedhari & Paybima Portal for Motor & Health
9. CRM Utilization & tracking the leads % conversions for leads updated from HO & Field Team
10. Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer related initiatives in assigned region.
11. Ensuring strict adherence to processes defined in SOP's and fulfilling of compliance and audit requirements in assigned regions as per the guidelines from Head office.
12. Ensuring that the - IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are adhered to in their respective areas / regions.
13. Create a Training Calendar on products, process and skill development and ensure that the training needs are fulfilled to field Team.
14. Identifying manpower needs in the assigned regions and ensure timely recruitment through constant follow up with regional HR and Head office
