Cluster Manager - Sales - IFA Channel (6-8 yrs)
Purpose of Role :
To handle and develop given territory/City/State for Equity Broking Accounts and other products with the help of sales team and assigned channel partner.
Do Key Activities :
Critical Routine :
- Achieving the monthly targets of broking account with the help of team.- 75 a/c per person productivity with 40% margin accounts.
- To reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan
- To also achieve targeted no's for advisory products and advance/stroke prepaid brokerage
- Responsible for Activating and up scaling the POS/Br.
- Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS for both individually and team
- Co-ordinate and conduct the training of Partners/bank employees
- Supporting the channel partner and team members on joint calls as per requirement To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency
- Recruiting of team member and arresting the attrition Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with team members and channel partner
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Educational Qualifications MBA :
- Additional Certifications/Trainings (desirable) NISM
- Prior Experience 6-8 yrs. in sales of Investment products, 2-3 yrs. of Team management
- Domain Knowledge Knowledge of broking, Capital Markets, Banking
- IT Skills Knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc
- Additional requirement Should own a vehicle (2-wheeler/4 wheeler)
