Cluster Manager - Sales - Housing Finance (5-10 yrs)

Experience - 5 - 9 years in Housing Finance industry
Salary - Upto 7 LPA
Location - Chennai, Chengalpet, Thanjavur,Thiruvallur, Karur, Hosur, Erode & Nagarcoil
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal
- Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business
- Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis
- Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
- Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan
- Developing the channel partners within the clusters
- Field verification, assessment of income, loan recommendation/under writing, documentation.
- Maintain quality portfolio within the cluster
