Cluster Manager - Sales - Healthcare (6-14 yrs)
Hiring for Cluster manager with experience of 6+ years.
Location: Pan India
As a Cluster Manager of Healthcare Network & Operations, your typical week might include the following -
- Healthcare Network Development: Identify and onboard hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, dental and vision clinics, home care providers, and allied medical service partners to enhance service offerings.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, ensuring effective engagement and collaboration across assigned geographies.
- Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate and renegotiate contracts, monitor compliance reports, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Market Analysis & Branding: Analyze the health insurance industry, assess competitor strategies, and execute co-branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Operational Oversight: Manage provider grievances, oversee payment reconciliation, drive case management negotiations, and generate MIS reports for leadership review.
- Fraud Monitoring & Cost Optimization: Identify and address fraud, abuse, and financial leakage while identifying opportunities for repricing, tariff renegotiations, and cost optimization.
You could be the right candidate if you-
- Degree or management degree (preferably in healthcare management).
- 6-8 years of health insurance experience, with 5+ years leading provider network teams.
- Proven expertise in developing provider networks from scratch.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passionate about leading and engaging high-performing teams.
