Cluster Manager - Sales - BFSI (7-10 yrs)
Position : Cluster Manager
Location : Multiple Locations
Field Travel : 50%
Age Not more than 35-38
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for setting up and managing the business operations of the assigned business cluster
- Develop strategies of the cluster for business development and customer base creation
- Develop market maps, area charts and customer clusters for business development
- Responsible for Cluster KPI achievement weekly & monthly - Originate, onboard and engage customers across financial services
- Assignment of business goals and targets to the team across clusters
- Develop the execution plan (route charts, schedule, and daily roster) with the team and ensure adherence to the plan to achieve the target.
- Maintain digital records and database on real-time basis on the MIS systems
- Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between the customer, including new customer introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs.
- Develops and implements best practices processes and technology to improve serviceability to customers and enhance productivity of team
- Solve customer related issues to meet customer expectations and develop customer goodwill
- Champion the brand awareness and cluster customer success for the company
- Manage & maintain high quality portfolio across products & services - Portfolio Quality Management (PQM)
- Responsible for team management & constant trainings for continual updates & improvement
- Conduct surprise field visits to customers and business sites to ensure process adherence & necessary controls
Skills required
- Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline;
- At least 5 years- relevant experience in MSME lending and financial solutions in any reputed NBFC/Small Finance Banks or Fintech
- Candidates with credit management experience and or clustering finance will be preferred
- Good understanding of the risk & compliance areas across a wide variety of credit products and regions;
- Good team management and field operations management
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skill
- Interested in driving technology led solutions
- Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Passionate about development & impact work
