Cluster Manager - Sales - BFSI (3-5 yrs)
1. Establishing good relationships with Bank's RBO, DSH & Link Branches.
2. Visit/Coordinate/Attend Meetings at SBI Local head office based out of Mumbai as and when required.
3. Appointment of Kiosk operators in allocated URBAN locations of your Area of work.
4. Ensuring proper selection of CSP location & Kiosk Operator with vision of business sustainability.
5. Responsible for ensuring completion & submission of documents at the Bank's office for opening CSPs.
6. Working towards increasing business performance of CSP's.
7. Achieving Business Targets within time frame as set by the RHQ/HQ.
8. Controlling & monitoring of CSP's to avoid Frauds.
9. Any other work; as and when required pertaining Financial Inclusion business.
- Good communication skill. Strong Ability to work with least supervision and motivational skills. Good knowledge of local market and channels.
- Minimum Experience of 3 years in Financial Inclusion & Micro-Markets. Experience in BC (Business Correspondent) business in Mumbai/Pune would be preferable.
