Cluster Manager - Sales - BFS (5-12 yrs)
Role :
1. To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. To prepare action plans individually for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals & DSAs.
3. To maintain accurate DSR.
- Recruiting & managing a team of customer acquisition managers
- On field and off filed training of executives.
- To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team.
- Recruiting and managing Referral channels.
- Supervising the daily activities of executives and maintaining daily MIS of the same.
- To confer with credit managers to aid in resolving loan application to disbursal issues.
- To handle customer complaints and to take appropriate action to resolve them.
- To negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent payment track record.
- To update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities & by maintaining personal networks.
