Position : Cluster Manager
Job Description :
- As a Cluster Manager, you will be primarily custodian of the sales and operational success of Axis Securities of Bangalore Banking Sector .
Key Responsibilities :
- They will allocated 7-8 branches
- They will report in the location mentioned above and then continue moving to the other branches.
- They will connect with the Relationship and Branch managers and get the leads sourced, and particularly connect with the leads for opening demat and trading accounts.
- Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees of different branches of Axis Securities to drive productivity of the bank employees
- Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillup to sales numbers
- Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target.
- To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers.
- Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain.
Monthly Target - 10 Average Demat/Trading accounts x 7 clusters/branches.
Desired Skills And Functional Experience :
- Understanding of Indian Capital Market
- Graduation & above (MBA Freshers accepted )
- High energy, cheerful person
- Ability to communicate and is always ready to complete the target
- Experience in direct sales and field sales
- Experience in retail and broking sales
- Two Wheeler Required
