Cluster Manager - Sales (2-7 yrs)
We are Hiring for one of the fastest Growing Startup for the role of Cluster Manager
Role : Cluster Manager
Location : Delhi/Mumbai
Job Description of CM:
Cluster owners would be managing 3-4 ISP/LCO partners, lead customer acquisitions and own the P&L at a Cluster Level. Each Cluster is expected to contribute approx. 20K Wiomusers.
Workstreams You'd Will Own (Like a Boss! )
- Lead consumer acquisitions
- Managing a team of LCO/ISP partners along with our LCO Manager team
- Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the team's objective
- Interact regularly with the teams and develop and implement sales marketing strategy for all our markets.
- Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion
- To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the brand cluster
- Participate in all team activities, coaching and mentoring team members
- Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking
