Cluster Manager/Relationship Manager - General Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Generation of profitable growth through the Broker Relationships in the region. Product wise GWP as per the budgets
- Maintain business mix to achieve desired COR
- Recovery of premium for Co-insurance arrangements with other insurers
- Building Relationships with Brokers and Commercial clients through engagement with people across levels at each broker
- Build a local team to engage with brokers and provide support to their requirements
- Work along with the Client support executives to enhance capabilities of the brokers
- Driving Broker satisfaction through operational excellence and quality service - facilitate through collaborative engagement with internal stakeholders
- Tracking of Competitor activities to understand the market trends and take pro-active actions
- Develop an effective people structure and define the job description for each level in the people structure.
- Recruit team as per the people plan and maintain engagement and motivation with the team
