Cluster Manager - Home Loan Sales (9-15 yrs)
The position has been created to facilitate to accelerating the business growth of Housing loans by way of and speedy decisions & query resolutions and building quality portfolio thereby contributing to the growth of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Monitoring the overall functioning of the processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
2. Ensuring and monitoring resource productivity for Home Loan for entire Region
3. Managing customer relations & business promotional activities.
4. Managing all customer escalations related to Home Loans.
5. Handling DST's, Bank branches, DSA's and referrals team to generate business of Home Loans across the Region
6. Meeting up with builders and getting their projects approvals.
7. Identify and appoint DSA channel in all location after RCU and keep regular visit to get business from Branches allocated.
8. In charge for the total sales activities and profitability of the branches assigned.
9. Supporting the collection team in reducing the high delinquent cases and non-starters.
10. Regular engagement with the Branch Team and Product Team, Credit Team, Administration Team, Credit Policy Team
