WORK EXPERIENCE
To set up and manage a team of 5-8 Relationship Officers and drive performance to meet business goals
1. Ability to plan sourcing and disbursement to meet month on month goals
2. Create team and ensure performance
3. Maintain portfolio mix and quality
4. Maintain relationship with customers and resolve issues
5. Good understanding of the markets and NBFC business lending landscape in the city
Graduate mandatory, MBA or equivalent desired
min. 3 years, with minimum 1 year in business loans/lap sales in reputed NBFCs. Should have managed a team of sales staff to drive sales
