Metro city CTC - 7-9 Lacs

Roles & Responsibilites
- Set up and managing Retail Liability Business in compliance with Policy & Processes, Enabling Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Corporate Distributers
- To expand and control business of Fixed Deposits through brokers, sub-brokers, IFAs, national & local financial distributors
- Getting productivities from channel in Fixed Deposits
- Managing the Relationships
- Managing operations and process for fixed Deposits from branches to HO
- Regular Broker/Distributors/Agent/Branch Visits supports in sourcing liability business
- Empanel, motivate and track IFA, Corporate Distributers cross sales performance.
- Compliance with regulatory guide line and been responsible for it been complied at all level.
- Plan and implement relevant marketing strategies
