Cluster Manager - Customer Service (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute service strategies to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Align service operations with organizational goals and market demands.
2. Team Oversight :
- Manage and support Service Cluster Managers, ensuring effective team performance and development.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide guidance to optimize service delivery.
3. Operational Excellence :
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Stakeholder Engagement :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Vendor Team etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address escalated Merchant issues, working with internal teams for resolution.
5. Data-Driven Insights :
- Utilize performance data and merchant feedback to refine service strategies and drive improvements.
- Prepare and present service performance reports to senior management.
Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with proven leadership experience.
- MBA from an accredited Institute (Tier - Campuses)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
