Job Description
Managing Team of 8 IRMs who sell Insurance & manage Branch Banking Customers at Bank centers.
- Managing one Region of Banks in Kerala, consisting of 30+ Branches
- Exceeding Business plans on all parameters.
- Regularly updating the performance of Bank Branches to the DGM/GM of Banks.
- Planning, strategizing and achieving the volume every month as a team and own-up the responsibility to every individual team member covering the allocated Branches.
- Forecasting Sales figures in line with the company revenue targets
