BASE LOCATION - Jaipur

Span of Control : 2 / 3 + branches with Branch Heads & their team of 8 - 10 agency managers / sr. Agency managers + ADVISOR BASE . Candidate must have 6-12 years of Agency Channel Sales experience, must have 4-5 years of experience in handling 2-3 units with the business of 4-5 crores approx preferred.

Offered CTC - 12 lac to 15 lac p.a ( approx ) + incentives, depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Cluster Manager - Agency

REPORTING - ZM

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-

Develop a plan comprising;

- HNI prospects

- Routine business (LA base, Activation, Case Rate and Case Size etc.) based on Agency manager base skills

- Monitor the skill transitions, validate skill transitions of agency managers and coach Asst. Branch managers / Branch Managers on the gaps in areas of agency managers development

- Discuss agency manager wise plan with the Branch managers based on current conversion ratios and validate target setting for agency managers.

- Monitor Advisor selection through a sample audit of 2 random LA selections / ABM / Branch manager per month

- Control execution of plans as per above.

- Maintain a check on business health parameters such as Persistency, LA Commission, Product Mix, Claims, ECS / SI percentage and take corrective actions.

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - LIFE INSURANCE in similar roles. Candidates who have grown within the system will always be preferred with stability in cv .

Education - Graduation

Age: 33-46 years

Experience :

- Total experience 10-20 years

- Candidate must have 6-12 years of Agency Channel Sales experience

- Must have 4-5 years of experience in handling 2-3 units with the business of 4-5 crores preferably approx.

- Candidate must be resident of the state ( Rajasthan / nearby ).
