Cluster Head - Wellness (5-9 yrs)
We are hiring Females for a Leading HealthCare brand for the position of a Cluster Head.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for Handling multiple centers
- Responsible for achieving Sales targets set by the organization for the centres.
- Reviewing performance of the Team on a monthly basis
- Developing Strategy for the Centers
- Responsible for managing the P&L of the entire Cluster
- Handling Customer grievances, SOP's, Operations, People Management, and Marketing Strategies.
- Handling Escalation case
- A multi tasker with eye on detail & a previous team handling experience.
- Willingness to work as a leader in order to deliver the profitability for the centre.
- Acts as a single point of contact for all admin & operation activities adhered at the branch.
- Must be a profit centre along with the enthusiasm to develop the core values & the business demand.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Seeking a Female from Wellness, Gym, Spa, Salon, Beauty or Lifestyle industry
- At least 5 Years of experience in the same industry
- People Management skill with Team Building experience.
- Excellent Communication skills (Oral / Written)
- Business oriented with go better attitude
