Cluster Head - Wealth Management (10-15 yrs)
- Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years to maximum 15 years of experience selling Equity / PMS (Portfolio Management Services) / AIF(Alternate Investment Fund) directly to HNI and UHNI clients.
- Must have his own strong client base / book selling financial products.
- Must be managing a minimum of 200cr AUM (Asset Under Management).
- Responsible for Primarily Selling Equity based investment products. (majorly PMS)
- Team Management - managing existing team of Sr. RMs/ RMs and MTs. Recruiting, training and mentoring new RMs.
- Target oriented: Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Good communication skills and strong sales skills is a must
