Position Overview
QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Head for Retail Pharmacy. This role involves managing multiple pharmacy outlets, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proven track record in retail pharmacy management, and the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations across assigned retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and supply chain efficiency to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and implement profitability strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
- Conduct regular visits to outlets for performance assessment, feedback provision, and addressing operational challenges.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in retail pharmacy management with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets effectively.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Education: A degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of a 15-day notice period are strongly preferred.
