Qualification:
- Essential: Graduate
- Preferred: Postgraduate
Experience:
- Within Similar Industry/Sector: 18-20 Years in Sales
- Outside Similar Industry/Sector: 18-20 Years in Sales
Age Band (in Years): ~ 35 - 45 Years
C) Reporting Structure
Reports to Zonal Head, with a focus on leading the sales team in West Bengal and overseeing dealer/distribution networks.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Competencies:
1. Well-versed with MS Office
2. Strong Analytical Skills
3. Experience in managing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Coverage:
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary Business in West Bengal.
2. Sales and Network Expansion:
- Expand the Dealer/Distribution Network in the assigned region to ensure market penetration.
3. Sales Team Management:
- Monitor the Sales Performance of the team, provide guidance and ensure targets are met consistently.
4. Sales Process Implementation:
- Implement and uphold the sales process to ensure standardized and efficient operations.
5. DSO Management:
- Manage the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), ensuring that it stays below 60 days.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors to meet the department's goals and objectives.
