Cluster Head - Sales - Influencer Marketing Firm (7-10 yrs)
Overview:
The role would include acting as an influential sales leader of the assigned region/cluster for growing the revenue by
acquiring Small Business relationships to act as Distributors or Retail Point of Sales for technology enabled sales of company's products.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve the set revenue targets for the given cluster/region by acquiring and retaining channel partners.
- Participate in recruiting the district leads; motivate and manage them to get the desired results.
- Take extra effort to ensure that each of the team members come up to the expected productivity level.
- To ensure that the company 's Culture and values are engrained in the DNA of the team.
- To perform the role of the District Lead for the district which is directly managed by the Cluster Manager.
- Engage with all retailers and distributors from time to time to ensure they are productive and happy with the services of company, particularly the premium & super premium distributors.
- Supporting and eliminating the challenges faced by the channel partners in doing business
- Plan, strategies and implement channel partners engagement to drive high productivity at Retail outlet level.
- Ensure the sales SOPs and market norms for company's products are implemented.
- Analyze the MIS at the territory level and district level to have a pulse of the business.
- To be the voice of customer for company related to any new products/services or channel partner's needs and expectations to help company grow and penetrate in that district.
- Work closely with sales team along with a cross-functional team of Product, Finance and Customer support team to drive high-quality field execution.
- To ensure 100% compliance to all policies and processes laid down by the Organization
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 7+ years' experience with a proven record in Channels sales, from BFSI, Insurance, Telco or Fintech Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player; ability to influence and build relations at all levels
- Access to a reasonable base of potential POS - Retailers in at least one of the above categories
- Ability to mentor and manage 5-10 junior team members
- Good network within the local area of operation (target locations)
- Organized and ability to adapt a systematic approach towards assigned projects
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
