SkilledSquad is hiring for a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing holistic treatments through network of clinics across India.

Job Description :


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head to oversee the operations and sales functions of multiple branches within our organization. The Cluster Head will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of 6-8 branches, driving operational efficiency, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple branches or locations.

- Strong understanding of operations management, sales strategies, and customer service principles.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business performance.

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the overall operations of 6-8 branches, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize branch performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.

- Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers and their teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Oversee sales activities, including target setting, sales planning, and execution strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

- Ensure effective inventory management and supply chain logistics to support branch operations and meet customer demands.

- Conduct regular branch visits and inspections to assess operational effectiveness, address any issues or concerns, and provide support and guidance to branch teams.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, customers, vendors, and partners, to drive business growth and expansion.
