Location : Jamshedpur, Jharkhand ( LOCAL CANDIDATES PLEASE )

Qualification : MBA / Post Graduate / Graduate

Experience : 10 to 15 years experience from General Insurance Industry ONLY

Salary : Rs 10,00000 to Rs 18,00,000 pa ( Negotiable )

- Ability to manage teams & Able to motivate and extract best out of team.

- Ability to manage performance of team & self.

- Interpersonal Effectiveness & Ability to influence.

- Process management and orientation.

- Presentation and communication skills.

- Cost consciousness.

SALES FUNCTION :

- Allocation of regional sales target to the respective verticals of the region in consultation with the RDH.

- Ensure adequate manning against the budgeted sales target of the verticals at the Territory level.

- Ensure effective communication of premium targets to respective Development Orifices ( paid staffs)

- Drive the regional sales team to achieve the budgeted target.

- Track productivity of the region inclusive of performance of direct reporters.

- Set standards and maintain - Business Quality-

- Update the Cluster head on market competition.

- Constantly network with the Corporate underwriting team, Operations team & claims team in case of troubleshooting.

ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL FUNCTION :

- Ensure effective Policy issuance / Renewal

- Supervise/ensure smooth policy issuance & endorsement processing, collections & banking, timely inward of documents etc.

- Ensure timely claims servicing in coordination with claims team

- Own up all internal and external customer service issues.
