Job Overview :

- As a Cluster Head - Sales, you will oversee the sales operations within the designated cluster. You will lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sanitary or tiles industry and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned cluster.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and drive performance.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the sanitary or tiles industry.

- Identify market opportunities and trends to capitalize on growth potential within the cluster.

- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards within the sales team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- 14 years of experience in sales management, and 5 years preferably in the sanitary or tiles industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
