Cluster Head - Sales - BFSI (8-20 yrs)
Responsible for target achievement in Sales :
1. Provide leadership to the overall sales team in Mumbai/ Vadodara Hub
2. Develop and implement sales targets weekly/ monthly/quarterly/ Annually for the area
3. Develop and implement sales strategies that further the department agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation
4. Identification of the area of improvements in sales strategies with a view of establishing actionable insights in improving sales and business profits
5. Monitors and observes the product segments and makes forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market
6. Responsible for business expansion recommendation for management in multiple locations in the region, in turn, increasing organizational revenue and profitability
7. Channel Partner Development and Management
Responsible for Portfolio Management :
1. For maintaining the delinquencies in control and good health of the portfolio as per benchmarked %
2. For building a profit-driven portfolio within the region
Responsible for Analytics and MIS :
Responsible for People Management :
1. Mentoring the Branch Managers to better their job performance and create a strong middle management level in the region
2. People Performance and execution as per the KRA/ KPI
3. Manpower planning and hiring of the required team strength for meeting the business requirements and productivity
4. Developing training modules for Sales to ensure better performance, deliverables, and productivity
