For one of our client, an eCommerce Company, we are seeking a Cluster Head ( Sales & BD)
Position : Cluster Head ( Sales & BD )
Experience : 3 to 10 years
Job Location : Pune
Job Requirements :
- Responsible for new client acquisition and business development.
- Develop the strategy for Enterprise Sales business division for the cluster
- Develop sales funnel and engage key accounts to drive revenue
- Recruit and build teams for business division in a specific cluster. Responsible for the sales force development, nurturing and their achievement of sales targets through the E-Commerce.
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Responsible for Vendor (Sellers) sourcing and onboading for the entire cluster.
- Understanding key client requirements of their Online Branding and Positioning
- Maximizing brand availability at Best prices
- Involved in B2B, Institutional, branding, corporate, enterprise sales.
