Cluster Head - Bancassurance Channel - Broking Services (5-10 yrs)
- Achieving the monthly targets of broking account with the help of team.
- To reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan
- To ensure the team and self-productivity as per performance norms
- Responsible for Activating and upscaling the POS/Br.
- Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS for both individually and team
- Co-ordinate and conduct the training of Partners/bank employees
- Supporting the channel partner and team members on joint calls as per requirement
- To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency
- Recruiting of team member and arresting the attrition
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with team members and channel partner
