Cluster Coordinator - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Our Client is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) registered and licensed Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) which was formed with objective to improve access to finance. The company focusses on assisting micro, small and medium sized entrepreneurs to meet their business needs by offering customized, hassle-free collateral free micro-capital digitally. Position : Cluster Coordinator
Location : Various Locations (UP & HR) -
Field Travel : 50%
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying, creating and developing customer base in the business centres
- Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro credit to MSMEs in the centres
- Generating customer leads for credit solutions in the market and successfully completing application formalities
- Maintain & review cluster MIS in system and records at the centres
- Solve customer related issues and support customer query resolution
- Maintain brand presence and good repute in the centres
- Manage the Centre business portfolio
Daily task to include customer and market visits to ensure :
- Customer Loan Requests
- Complete Customer Application Forms
- Financial Literacy & Awareness
- Follow up on repayments
- Ensure timely collections
- Customer engagement
- Cross sell insurance solutions
- Engage with channel partners for lead generation
Skills required :
- Graduate in any discipline, candidate having Post-Graduation will be given preference.
- At least 1-3 years- experience in MSME lending/financial solutions/ distribution businesses
- Candidates with credit & Financial Inclusion and or experience in clustering finance are preferred
- Good communications and interpersonal skill;
- Dedicated & passionate about impact & community related work
- Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English;
- Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel
