Cluster Business Manager - Sales - Insurance (5-15 yrs)

Reporting to : Regional Unit Head
Qualification : Graduate /Post Graduate
- Should have Tier 1 Reporting experience
- Should have at least 5 years team handling of on role employees in Direct Channel
- Should have sound knowledge of Direct channel /personal
- The role is to create a team of Efficient Sales Executives and Team Leaders who effectively leads, manage and Coach them towards achieving sales targets Month on Month.

- Plan daily goals both for the team as well as individually & work towards achieving them.
- Hiring of the Sales team.
- Managing sales in a result-focused environment.
- Making effective sales presentations and closing deals.
- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.
- Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively.
- Identify competency gap and scheduling of refresher training.
- Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly MIS
Typical Targets and Measures :
- Daily monitoring with all Teams (Relationship Managers) about yesterdays performance & amp; today's targets.
- Premium per executive, per week
- A high % of executives exceeding planned productivity standard
