Cluster Business Manager - BFSI (4-9 yrs)

Team leadership - build a high performing motivated team by working closely with the team members, offering mentoring and leading by example.
Sales Management - Achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.
Marketing Management - Plan and execute marketing campaigns and below the line activities to build a brand image of the company.
Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives
Profitability Management - Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.
Delinquency Management - ensure zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
The job would require visiting spoke locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much a part of the routine.
Job Location: Jabalpur & Bhopal.
