Club Mahindra - Regional Marketing Manager (13-18 yrs)

Job Purpose: A goal oriented RMM to implement marketing campaigns in accordance with the region's demographics. In this role, RMM responsibilities will include forecasting sales needs and campaign budgets, and working with marketing teams to ensure that the marketing fits the company or brand's image. you should network with local businesses to increase sales, handle the regional budget, and strengthen the company's sales in the area. A top-notch regional marketing manager should recognize the needs of consumers in different geographic areas and adjust the marketing campaign accordingly.

Regional Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

- Identifying specific regional marketing goals and objectives.

- Assisting the BMM/BM to develop strategies.

- Recommending correction & predict efficacy of Branch marketing plans.

- Supervising and ensure marketing budget & Cps for the Region.

- Liaising with the sales to understand conversion & best practices.

- Developing a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators.

- Interacting with BMM/AMM to formulate and supervise the regional marketing budget.

- Evaluating productivity of TME & OPC & Ensuring the same.

- Targets orientation is must in this role

Regional Marketing Manager Requirements:

- A master's degree in Marketing

- A minimum of 13 years' experience in marketing or in a management role.

- Experience with marketing tools and software.

- Vendor Management Experience

- The ability to supervise a team and deal with staff issues

- Excellent organization and communication skills.

- Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.

- Good time-management skills
