Senior Manager - Digital Marketing
Job Purpose :
- Take on full responsibility for driving top of the funnel growth by bringing innovative ideas and marketing campaigns that drive business objectives.
- Work with external partners and agencies for lead generation campaigns to ensure monthly targets are achieved. Most importantly someone who is relentless in pursuit of growth.
Sl. No. Key Accountabilities :
- Plan and execute all forms of campaigns and communications such as lead generation, CPM, CPV, emails, blogging, forums and display advertising campaigns
- Driving social media marketing campaigns to ensure business objectives are met.
- Prioritizing growth channels i.e. Web, performance , affiliate , mobile , others
- Keep innovating for new marketing channels/methods.
- Analyze and derive inferences for meeting set ROI and KPIs.
- Experience in performance marketing using Google, Facebook and other a platforms/networks to optimize spends and maximize impact
- Can run high frequency experiments on digital acquisition to identify the top strategies
- Has experience in running ad campaigns for mobile apps and web and has handled ad platforms personally
- Has worked on insurance/ecommerce/fintech/travel categories for driving customer acquisition
- Can work with agencies and internal stakeholders to devise growth plan that meet the targets
- Can come up with unique strategies to acquire users top of the funnel
- Can drive ASO experiments

Other Specifications :
1. Experience in implementing end to end acquisition campaigns including creative testing and campaign measurement for generation of leads based on allocated budgets
2. Experience in working with agencies and external vendor on CPMs, CPC, CPA deals
3. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
5. Understanding of the AARRR Sales Metrics (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue)
6. Prioritizing growth channels.
7. Ability to run campaigns on platforms with budgets personally (both on FB and google)
8. 8/10 years' experience in digital marketing.
