Club Mahindra - Branch Trainer/Sales Trainer (3-10 yrs)
- Training our telemarketers in generating quality leads.
- Deliver classroom/remote training in facilitator mode.
- Track performance of 0-6 months targeted TMEs and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop a relationship with the sales team that makes it easy to communicate their ideas and issues they are facing.
- Set learning and financial objectives for the targeted sales team members.
- Design training courses, coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities.
- Establish training needs by observing issues that TME encounters with members and prospects, studying their performance and reports.
- Prepare and present reports to the Business & Function head.
- Stay up to date with the new market trends and demands of a new sales environment.
