We are currently hiring an Enthusiastic Ecommerce Executive who will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Indiranagar
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be driving the sales performance on the Shopify store.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Create new product listings and generate the needed content according to presentation standards
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- To create and manage offers.
- Must have a keen sense of Brand management.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Key Requirements :
- You have prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience within digital marketing & Graphic design is a plus.
- You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- You have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- E-commerce promotion and tools understanding
- You should have expertise in the product listing
- Natural ability to make things happen and get stuff done. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
- Work on website aesthetics and online brand image
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
