The Role : This is a senior role, reporting to the CEO. Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows:

Purpose :

- To ensure revenue growth & business expansion through B2B sales of Clover products for aquaculture and waste water treatment, mostly under white labelling.

The key expectations of the role :

Ensuring achievement of revenue targets for each vertical by :

- Identifying potential customers across markets & geographies

- Developing vertical/market specific sales strategies and ensuring successful implementation of the same

- Ensuring retention & growth of the existing customer base through excellence in relationship management & servicing

- Ensuring accuracy of forecasts/projections, sales plans based on strong understanding of the market on the back of market research and data

Competencies required : Knowledge, skills, attitude

Essential : 

- Knowledge & understanding of B2B business.

- Knowledge & understanding of Rural & institutional sales.

- Understanding of distributor/channel sales strategies.

Skills : 

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong commercial acumen.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyse & interpret data.

- Ability to deliver sales in a short span of time.

Attitude : 

- Results driven and having a strong bias for action.

- Initiative and drive.

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Should demonstrate interpersonal skills & a team player.

- Open to travel extensively.

The Individual: (education and experience)

Essential : 

- A Graduate degree.

- 7+ years experience in sales, with minimum 4 years in the B2B space.

- Experience of having worked across markets/geographies

Desirable : 

- Experience in the bio-tech industry.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : 66,667.00 - 100,000.00 per month
