We have an urgent opening for the position of Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:-

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening English skills.

- Identifying potential customers, creating a pitch and presenting it to them.

- Handle objections by clarifying, convincing and working through differences to a positive conclusion with prospective and present clients.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation.

- Identifying new leads

- Pitching products and/or services

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media etc.) to identify new leads and potential new markets.

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events across the globe.

- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- The ability to work as an individual for generating business.

- Time management skills.

- Customer service skills

- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM.

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.

- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.

- Must have IT company(service based) & IT Sales experience background.

- Should comfortable for flexible timings.

- Ability to achieve targets.

- Should able to work independently.

- Travelling across various locations.

- Smart worker, MS Office, Mockups, experience strongly preferred.
