Clove Technologies - Customer Success Lead (1-4 yrs)
- Candidate must possess eperience in the field of IT / SAAS based companies, CRM Platform experience is plus and should have technical knowledge of IT
- Well-developed communication as well as presentation skills
- Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
- Ability to oversee all details of concurrently running projects
- The candidate will function as the main contact person on post sale support for existing and new clients
- Collections of pre-requisite requirements from client and product training both at site and remote
- Maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships to clients
- Ensuring the compliance of the customers' needs and coordinating any new requirements with internal teams with specified time schedule
- Raising new support tickets, queries and product hand-holding for the respective client
- Sending weekly reports to clients with updates on status of work and communication of delivery timelines
