Job Description :


- Acquisition of new clients


- Generating leads


- International Conversion on Leads


- Work in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client's needs and objectives


- Creating Presentations, Proposals Response to RFQs and RFPs


- Contract review with potential new clients


- As our Salesforce Business Development Manager, you will directly contribute to the organization's success by generating leads and developing new business sales revenue from our product and service offerings

Responsibilities :

- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in Cloud Technology, CRM, WMS and Salesforce.com


- Generate new leads daily and follow up on existing leads by organizing sales visits and cold calling.


- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.


- Identify customer business issues and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.


- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.


- Assist the business analyst team in gathering business requirements by working with stakeholders to analyze business use cases and document user stories.


- Translate business requirements into technical requirements to be implemented by the team.


- Knowledge of the IT corporate sales cycle and selling in multiple regions.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience(MBA) in marketing preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Must have Professional English communication skills, Domestic and International conversation skills.


- Must Have knowledge of Linked In Sales navigator.


- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies


- Focused and goal-oriented.


- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.


- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.


- Demonstrated ability to expand business in large enterprise accounts.
