- We are currently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. As a Performance Marketing Executive with 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and optimize overall campaign effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives.
Skills :
Digital Advertising Platforms : Proficient in utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads and other relevant channels to execute effective campaigns.
SEO Knowledge : Understanding of basic SEO principles to complement paid marketing efforts and enhance overall online visibility.
Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, draw meaningful insights, and make informed decisions.
Creativity : Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Project Management : Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with marketing technology tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Results-Driven : A track record of setting and achieving performance marketing KPIs and goals.
Requirements :
- 3+ years' experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role. You have worked on landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media and display marketing.
- The ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, as well as social media and display advertising campaigns.
- A knack for identifying target audiences and you know where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions.
- Experience in optimising landing pages for optimal conversions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, interpret data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
