Job Description:
We are looking for Marketing Manager who is passionate about games, edtech mobile apps, data,marketing technology, automation, and processes to help us in building an efficient marketing Operation eco system. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop & manage marketing campaign assets, manage leads and obtain conversions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the functionality of the app and website, evaluate, and manage the performance, maintain, and update website content from time to time.
- Manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of our Marketing Ideas. This spans from data input best practices, campaign execution/optimization, deliverability practice & reporting.
- Run and optimize ad-campaigns on google, Facebook and other platforms to target the right audience and increase installs and sign-ups.
- Optimize & decrease the Cost per Install and tune campaigns to garner desired results.
- Run experiments to decrease drop-off rates and increase user retention.
- Run organic marketing campaigns, increase our social media following and present the brand through effective and appropriate communication.
- Creating & managing landing pages, emailers & other digital assets required for marketing programs.
- Collaborate within the team to build, execute, and report on highly segmented multi-channel campaigns.
- Work closely with different teams to build, implement and measure Nurture programs throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle.
- Enhance, optimize, and document our marketing processes to effectively scale execution, reporting, and testing practices.
- Partner with the internal brand, content, digital & creative teams to strategizing and execute integrated marketing campaigns and rapidly test new channels.
- Hold end to end responsibility of managing and functioning of our CRM & ensuring the data are in sync with business requirements.
- Work with Stakeholders to build lists, create campaigns, develop workflows, and manage reporting data, all in an effort to streamline and operationalize campaign management.
- Taking additional responsibilities around new initiatives such as tool evaluation, project scoping, research, data enrichment and tool integration maintenance & lead or account some modelling
- Evaluating, onboarding, managing agencies, and monitoring their day-to-day activities as per the agreed scope.
Role Requirements:
- Overall experience in marketing of 1-2yrs with some experience in the e-learning /education domain selling games and apps.
- Experience in designing landing pages& creating marketing emailers is must.
- Experience in running paid ad-campaigns is a must. Should be familiar with platforms like Firebase, Google Marketing Platform (Google ads), Google Play Console, IOS ad campaigns, Facebook ads etc.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS;ability to create new and edit existing code, templates. Having some knowledge on web servers would be a plus.
-Passionate about organization, data accuracy and are extremely detail oriented.
- Eager to learn and grow career while supporting critical business processes.
- Knowledge of google analytics, SEO, SEM,Lead Management platforms etc.
- Knowledge of converting leads to conversions.
- Good knowledge of Excel, reporting & data management.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and does not shy away from "owning" and "solving" the problems.
- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action.
- Demonstrate cultural fit towards being hands-on, humility and drive a learning environment.
