Job Description : Alliance Executive


Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with a growth mindset to join our dynamic team as an Alliance Executive. As an Alliance Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships with OEMs and channel partners, and achieving business targets. What will you do at Cloudstrats ?

- P&L & Business Performance :

- Take ownership of increasing sales revenues from various OEMs/channel partners to achieve quarterly business targets.

- Drive P&L performance and profitability from the assigned vertical of OEMs/channel partners.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to build strong relationships and executive-level engagement.

- Sell Through :

- Identify and engage partner organizations to sell products and services to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

- Manage OEM sales and cultivate incremental relationships within OEMs to drive direct and indirect sales.

- Develop productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

- Establish business interlocks with internal sales teams and OEM vertical representatives.

- Partner Compliance :

- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the next three years, exceeding expectations outlined in the plan.

- Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.

- Foster excellent communication between the channel and direct teams to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Win with Teams :

- Collaborate with the internal win team to enhance their technology competence and enable them to achieve their goals.

- Assist in increasing tech enablement of respective teams.

- Work closely with the internal marketing team to build channel propensity and execute joint marketing initiatives.

Some specific requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Bcom or a related field. MBA -preferred.

- Proven experience in channel sales, alliance management, or partner relationship management.

- Strong business acumen and ability to drive P&L performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Solid understanding of value selling and consultative selling concepts.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and advanced analytics.

- Self-starter with a growth mindset, motivated to continuously learn and grow.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.

- Willingness to travel as required.
